- As Community Association Board member I work with a multi-disciplinary group building a strategic plan and addressing community issues while achieving consensus across cultures to achieve mutually agreeable outcomes.

- Lead Outreach to Youth Network, communicated with members to encourage involvement in monthly meetings/teleconferences, workshops, and cultural change; initiated organization’s exponential growth via engagement and public relations outreach; led discussions on issues promotion, retention, official languages, and youth.
